A Few Words

About Us

When I was a kid, my family loved watching drama and movies (the internet was just emerging in the late 90’s) We were sitting in the living room at home, and when the time is up, we turn on the channel and watch the series. There must be some scene that some elderly people need to take medicine often for their health problems. Some people with heart problems, have a stroke and lie in the hospital (drama scene – there will be disputes over family property), Otherwise, a certain character has a terminal illness/cancer, need to stay in hospital for chemotherapy, sequelae of hair loss, loss of appetite and vomiting. Then the doctor will finalize how much time is left to the patient

I was a little anxiety to watch this part. I was wondering how to save myself and my family from this pain. It may be my consciousness from then on, I start to pay attention to my health and start my regimen

At that time, I thought it was enough to just eat more vegetables and fruits. Later, I continued to pursue the knowledge of wellness Discovering that the road to wellness is not just about eating more fruits and vegetables only.

The new coronavirus (covid19) that emerged in 2019 later triggered a serious world crisis. The daily number of confirmed cases continues unabated, causing most people to panic. Especially if you are old, or friends who under high-risk groups (High cholesterol, high blood pressure, high blood sugar)

Those friends who have elders and youngster at home were so worried. Of course, including me, dare not relax. We found that a healthy physique and effective epidemic prevention are very important and I am curious about wellness care.

For example,

“I often ask or look for this food, is it healthy to eat like this?”

“Why is the average age of people in such a country so high, and what do they eat? How do they maintain their health?”

“Is it healthy to drink coffee? But some say it’s healthy (high antioxidants) and some say it’s unhealthy (severe loss of calcium), etc.”

I hope I able to find the correct answer one by one.

I’m not from medicine background, I was seeking for wellness knowledge by study the basic theory courses of traditional Chinese medicine, nutrition courses, health care products consultant, read books on traditional Chinese Medicine, modern medicine, nutrition and etc.

I find out that most of the knowledge is divided into different “sects” (Chinese Medicine, Modern Medicine, Nutrition, Naturopathy, etc). The knowledge of these sects is sometimes opposed and bias, each saying that each is good, and there is also a prejudice against each other.

Fortunately, my mentor taught me that I must learn the mean in life or doing things, don’t be extreme, don’t look at the whole thing with prejudice. We should look at all angles objectively. Re-analyze to see which is really helpful to our current situation.

For example, some chronic diseases (such as common cold, fever, etc.) can actually be cured through some health skills. Improve your lifestyle to restore your health, but if it is an acute disease (stroke, coma, acute appendicitis, acute gastritis, etc.), we have to seek for medical doctor help us solve the current disease.

There are many friends who know me, they know that I am learning about health preservation. When they encounter different health issue, they will consult me. At the same time, many of my customers also ask me about health and what food or supplements to eat to restore their health. I was thinking how can I share what I’ve learned with my friends effectively. Later I found that I could integrate what I had learned. Putting it on the Internet can more effectively to spread the knowledge.

In addition to the knowledge gained by customers, This method can also allow more people who are from different countries, different backgrounds to get these wellness care knowledge.

Hence, diary of wellness is created.
